Sometimes what holds us back isn’t what’s happening now — it’s what our body still remembers from before. These sessions are for those who carry pain from the past: childhood wounds, birth trauma, family dynamics, car accidents, falls, or emotional neglect.

We use somatic tools to gently release what’s stuck and help your system feel safe again — not just in your mind, but in your body.

I’m Deena — a somatic trauma and relationship coach. I help people heal from the inside out by working with the nervous system, the body, and the patterns that shape how we show up in love, life, and within ourselves.

 

If you feel stuck in emotional pain, overwhelmed by your relationships, or trapped in cycles that keep repeating — this is the right place for you. 

 

My work is grounded in somatic healing, trauma-informed care, attachment repair, and deep cultural understanding. I support people navigating boundaries, relational issues, birth trauma, anxiety, postpartum struggles, medical trauma, and the kind of emotional pain that lives in the body long after the moment has passed.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about learning to feel safe again — in your body, in your relationships, and in who you are.
